AVOID THESE 3 THINGS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, IF YOU WANT TO LIVE A MORE BEAUTIFUL LIFE

Reduce these 3 things on social media, then you will be a stronger

1. Reduce criticism of others

A lot of people who love criticize each other. Starting from sports accounts, artist accounts, news accounts, culinary accounts, government accounts, even friends' accounts; there are bound to be critical comments. And today's social media culture tends to give us space to dissect the ugliness of others.

Ok, try to reduce the activity of criticizing other people. Reduce nagging comments. If you want criticism, fine. Criticize yourself. Bring out your most scathing comments, to yourself. Start from A-Z, where are your shortcomings and mistakes in living life.

The action plan, try scrolling through your social media accounts. Unfollow the first 5 accounts that are gossipy, talkative, or critical. Focus on improving yourself. Not looking for other people's faults.

2. Reduce seeing negative news on social media

Negative news can weaken us. News about disasters, theft, murder, corruption, death; this can make our subconscious terrorized continuously. As a result, you become a paranoid person. Full of fear, negative thinking, and do not believe in yourself. What's more dangerous, you may get used to feeling happy when you see other people in trouble.

Think about it, why do we listen to negative news, we also can't do anything? Read the news, just once a day. And preferably directly on the news site. Not on your social media homepage, the place you visit most often.

The action plan, scroll your social media. Unfollow the first 5 accounts that share negative news. Replace it by following 5 accounts on explore that share positive tips.

3. Reduce time on social media

Have you ever counted, how much time do you spend on social media? I'm not asking you to reduce your time a lot. Just one hour a day. Continue to use that hour to do something positive. For example sports, learning new skills, worship, creating a side business, or other positive things.

If you can set aside one hour a day, a year means you get a total of 365 hours. 365 hours is roughly equal to 15 days. Can you imagine what cool things you can produce in that much time?
