DO THIS IF YOU ARE IN ENGAGEMENT

Ok, in this summary, I would like to discuss the first CHAPTER that I took from the best motivational book by Dale Carnegie entitled "How To Win Friends And Influence People In The Digital Age". This book is suitable for those of you who want to communicate well and get sincere and royal friends.

According to this book, the way to respect people is to greet them by name. This is even better than saying "hey", or maybe asking how their family is. People tend to want to be heard, being a good listener of their interests, or concerns will make a better impression of you in the eyes of that person.

1. Bury Your Boomerang

Try from now on, avoid the habit of blaming, nagging, and criticism. Unfortunately, nowadays it is difficult to suggest that. Of course we don't want others to hold grudges against us. Dale Carnegie said, "Criticizing doesn't make a relationship last long and actually makes other people resentful of us. Such careless actions can damage a relationship. Sometimes it occurs to someone whether criticism has become something that often happens in our communication media. .

2. Affirm the Good Things

We all have this unfulfilled desire to know if we are valued, to know we are important or not. We must respect others before others respect us. We can start from giving someone an impression, appreciation, and praise. Precisely other people will feel happy and reciprocate to us.

3. Touch Desire Core

The fact that everyone has to accept is that other people don't really care about you. So one way to influence others is to listen to their personal interests and stories. And show them how to achieve them.

That's the summary explained in the book "How To Win Friends And Influence People In The Digital Age" by Dale Carnegie chapter one.

If you are interested in buying the book, you can buy it for $5.69
